Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the access to and use of all networks, hardware, software, cloud environments, and IT infrastructure provided or managed by the AllTech, LLC. (collectively, the “Services”). This AUP applies to the Client and any of its employees, contractors, end-users, or third parties granted access to the Services by the Client (collectively, “Users”). Client is entirely responsible for ensuring all Users understand and strictly adhere to this policy.
2. Prohibited Activities
The Services must be used exclusively for lawful, legitimate business purposes. Users are strictly prohibited from using the Services to engage in, facilitate, or further any of the following activities:
- Security & Infrastructure Disruptions: Introducing or spreading malicious software (malware, ransomware, viruses); attempting unauthorized access (hacking, credential harvesting); running unauthorized network scans or penetration testing without explicit prior written consent from the MSP; or executing activities that degrade performance or disrupt network stability.
- Illegal & Infringing Material: Hosting, transmitting, or downloading content that violates federal, state, or international laws, including intellectual property infringement (copyright/trademark theft), or illegal, abusive, or defamatory materials.
- Shadow IT & Unapproved Tools: Installing unauthorized hardware or software on managed systems; connecting personal, unmanaged cloud storage; or pasting corporate data, client contracts, or Protected Health Information (PHI/PII) into unapproved, consumer-grade Generative AI tools (e.g., personal accounts).
- Communication Abuse: Transmitting unsolicited bulk electronic messages (SPAM) or deploying phishing simulations/campaigns not authorized by the MSP.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of all user accounts, multifactor authentication (MFA) tokens, and credentials. Client must immediately notify the MSP of any suspected or confirmed unauthorized access or policy breach.
4. Monitoring, Right to Intervene, and Termination
The MSP reserves the right—but does not assume the obligation—to monitor traffic and usage across its managed infrastructure to maintain compliance, network stability, and security. If a violation of this AUP is detected or reported, the MSP reserves the right to immediately suspend or restrict access to the affected Services without prior notice. Breach of this AUP constitutes a material breach of the overall Master Services Agreement and may result in immediate termination for cause, without liability to the MSP.
